What we do


The City Clerk is responsible for preparing and distributing City Council Agendas and Action Agendas along with their associated backup material. She also serves as the custodian of all official city records and services City Council’s boards and commissions. The city clerk attends all City Council meetings and provides for meeting minutes.

The following is a public hearing scheduled for April 14, 2026.  The meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, located on the 2nd Floor of City Hall:
 
A. Public hearing to consider amending the conditional zoning ordinance (Ordinance No. 5180) for property located at 30 Buchanan Place for the purpose of making amendments to the project conditions.
