Helene People and Environment Recovery Board Documents (meeting materials, annual reports, annual work plans, governing documents, enabling statutes, resolutions, ordinances, etc.)
The People & Environment Recovery Board shall be constituted as follows:
Advisory Board Membership Appointments: African-American Heritage Commission, Human Relations Commission, Multimodal Transportation Commission, Neighborhood Advisory Committee, Sustainability Advisory Committee, Urban Forestry Commission
All members’ terms shall end on June 30, 2027, unless modified by City Council. All members shall serve at the pleasure of Council, and may be removed at any time with or without cause.
The People and Environment Helene Recovery Board will meet every other month on the first Monday of the month from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. during the months of December, April, and August, and from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in February, June, and October. Meetings will be held in the first-floor conference room of City Hall (70 Court Plaza) in a hybrid format.
