DSD processes permits, performs inspections, maintains records and helps customers navigate the development process. The DSD Permit Application Center (PAC) is located at 161 S. Charlotte St. and open to the public on Monday to Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm (closed public holidays). Applications and fees received after 4:30 pm will be process on the next business day.
