Background

Since 2019, several major and minor improvements were completed at the Linwood Crump Shiloh Complex including the community center building, ballfield area, and park spaces throughout the recreation complex.  Those included:

  • Removal of the old roof and installation of a new roofing system
  • Installation of state-of-the-art interactive play equipment
  • Removal of fencing around the perimeter of the basketball court
  • Demolition of a free-standing wall in front of the Center
  • Landscape maintenance
  • Playground clean-up and repair of equipment
  • Ballfield improvements: new fencing, bleachers, dugouts and sports field lighting
  • Removal of the concession building
  • Improved park lighting
  • New signage at the street entry
  • Improvements to the front entry of the Community Center
  • Gym floor replacement
  • Replacement of the fitness center floor and equipment
