Swimming Pools

Asheville Parks & Recreation’s public pools provide safe and affordable outdoor summer fun for all ages. For info about pool schedules, please call 828-348-4770 or visit ashevillecitypools.com.

Grant Southside Center’s pool is closed on August 1 for the APR Summer Camp Grand Finale celebration. Only kids and teens enrolled in APR summer camps are allowed entry on that day. Please visit Recreation Park’s pool or Splasheville.

Admission

  • Individual – $3 per session
  • Individual Season Pass – $100
  • Family Season Pass – $150 (up to four individuals)

  • Do you live in West Asheville? Stop by Burton Street Community Center or West Asheville library for ART (Asheville Rides Transit) vouchers to travel to pools at no charge.

Splasheville

Asheville’s only public splash pad is includes lights and water programming that offer community members a chance to cool off in the heart of downtown.

Splasheville’s regular daily hours are 9 a.m.-8:30 p.m., but may be closed for special events or during inclement weather. Please note the calendar below only lists scheduled closures and is not always updated to reflect closures for inclement weather.
