Visit the Asheville App to send a report to the Compliance Division. After You Submit a Report Follow-up: Staff will contact you if they need more details. They work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. They are closed on public holidays. Investigations: Staff may visit a site after hours if needed, but they are not available 24/7.
