Action Agendas are developed after each City Council formal meeting in order to provide an overview of the meeting and any decisions that were made. Voting records for council members are included. For more details about any City Council meeting, review the meeting’s minutes, which serve as the meeting’s official record.
City Council meeting minutes serve as the official record of the meeting and are available for public review. City Council minutes become available after the City Council has approved them, which generally occurs at the beginning of the next City Council meeting. Posting of Council minutes promptly follows Council's approval.
Resolutions are available for general distribution shortly after a Council meeting date. These resolutions are for informational and research purposes only. The official resolutions are maintained in the City Clerk's Office.
