ART System Rules Last updated or reviewed on September 29, 2023 The purpose for the ART System Rules is to keep public transportation safe. It is the shared responsibility of operators, supervisors, ART support staff, City of Asheville staff, and the riders themselves. The ART System Rules explain what ART considers fair and reasonable to all users of the ART System. No individual may engage in inappropriate conduct on, at or in the ART System. This document is made possible through the dedication and commitment of those involved in its creation, including the Transit Committee members, ART staff, Just Economics, and members of the public.
