By donating just one day of sick leave to the Sick Leave Sharing Bank you will be eligible to use this bank of employee-donated leave in the unfortunate event that you have a catastrophic illness or injury and you’ve used all of your own leave. To enroll in the bank,complete the Sick Leave Sharing Bank form by July 1, 2021. You qualify to enroll in the Sick Leave Sharing Bank if: You are a full-time regular employee OR a qualified part-time City employee who works a regular schedule of at least twenty (20) hours per week, AND You have worked for the City at least one (1) continuous year, AND You have two or more weeks of sick leave in your sick leave balance.
