Asheville Parks & Recreation plans to install a temporary skating rink for recreational skating and inline hockey in a municipal parking lot on 50 Asheland Avenue.

Riverside Cemetery & Montford Park Historic Parks Recovery

Riverside Cemetery and Montford Park are within the Montford Historic District and incurred significant damages as a result of Tropical Storm Helene to retaining walls, stormwater systems, roadways, sinkholes and slope failures, and fencing. Off the Bench: Open Futsal for Women

Open Futsal for Women meets at Stephens-Lee Community Center’s indoor gymnasium on 30 George Washington Carver Avenue. An outdoor futsal court is located at Roger Farmer Park on 71 Deaverview Road.
