City of Asheville launches new Projects landing page on website

Posted on December 17, 2021 by Christy Edwards

To provide better visibility into work the City of Asheville is doing in support of Council priorities, a new Projects landing page has been launched on the city’s website, ashevillenc.gov. The style of the page is similar to the existing News and Services landing pages providing consistency in navigation throughout the site.

Projects can be live filtered by geographic area of the city, department, project status, and council priority. For example, if you were looking for Parks and Recreation projects in the north area of the city that were currently accepting input, you would find that Magnolia Park fits these filters. Improved project page templates offer the ability to add image galleries and completion dates for each project, like this page for Fire Station 13, as well as highlight engagement opportunities for projects accepting input.

Check out the amazing work being completed in your neighborhood!
