Route WE1: This route will return to its regular pre-Helene route and schedule by serving select stops on Swannanoa River Rd. This route will also start serving stop 417, Bleachery Blvd at Walmart, in both directions. 

The following stops remain closed:

421 – Swannanoa River Rd at Manna Food Bank

439, S Tunnel Rd at Swannanoa River Rd

 3/4/2025 Until Further Notice N2 255, 257, 258 & 259

Due to an inaccessible roadway, Route N2 is unable to serve 4 stops on Beaverdam beginning at Faircrest Rd. The following stops at the end of the line are temporarily closed until further notice:

  • 259 Beaverdam Rd at Faircrest Rd
  • 255 Beaverdam Rd at Wolfe Cove Rd
  • 258 Beaverdam Rd at Valley Rd
  • 257 Valley Rd at Bear Mountain

Due to staff shortages, customer service hours of operation at the Transit Station at 49 Coxe Ave. may differ from regular hours. Until further notice, expect the following changes:

  • On Tuesdays after 5:00 PM, customer service may be unavailable. 
  • On Saturdays after 5:00 PM, customer service may be unavailable.
  • On Sundays & Holidays, customer service may be unavailable. 

To avoid coming to the transit station for customer service-related activities when staff is unavailable, please plan your trip outside the hours listed above and within the regularly scheduled hours of operation. Customer service being unavailable means that riders are unable to purchase tickets, submit and process discounted pass applications, reach the help number at (828) 253-5691, and receive information on routes and schedules, among other services.
