City of Asheville announces Affordable Housing Plan Community Open Houses to garner input on Affordable Housing Plan
City of Asheville’s Affordable Housing Division will host two Community Open Houses to collect input on the 2024 Affordable Housing Plan. The City of Asheville is pleased to host Open House events Jan. 27, 2024 in which members of the public will have the opportunity to provide input on affordable housing priorities from subsidized rentals to neighborhood stabilization.

City of Asheville Announces Fourth Round of Strategic Partnership Grants
Eligible nonprofits are encouraged to apply for funding amounts at/upwards of the $35,000 minimum. Applications will be accepted until February 2, 2024, at 5:00 PM. The Strategic Partnership Grant Program (SPG) provides funding for non-profit organizations that serve Asheville residents to support school-aged children from low- to moderate-income households in and outside of the classroom. City of Asheville opens applications for Neighborhood Matching Grants
The City’s Neighborhood Matching Grant program is now accepting rolling applications for the 2024 calendar year. Neighborhood organizations can apply for up to $5,000 in funds to be matched with volunteer time, fundraising and in-kind donations.
