Starting July 1, the City of Asheville’s main Customer Services phone line, 828-251-1122, will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
From 8 to 9 a.m., our customer services representatives will be working on non-phone related customer requests such as leak adjustments, change of addresses and E-bill registrations. With undivided attention to our phone customers starting at 9 a.m. your wait time to talk to a friendly representative will be shorter.
Walk-in services are still available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at Asheville City Hall, 70 Court Plaza, downtown.
