City of Asheville opens applications for Neighborhood Matching Grants
The City’s Neighborhood Matching Grant program is now accepting rolling applications for the 2024 calendar year. Neighborhood organizations can apply for up to $5,000 in funds to be matched with volunteer time, fundraising and in-kind donations.

Grove Street Community Center closed for up to four weeks for HVAC system replacement

The City of Asheville Housing Trust Fund now accepting applications
The City of Asheville’s Community and Economic Development Department is now accepting applications for the Housing Trust Fund (HTF) for fiscal year 2024-25. The Housing Trust Fund was created in 2000 to provide a source of local funding to assist in developing affordable housing in Asheville. Assistance is available in the form of repayable loans at low interest rates.
