Provide free or discounted parking to your guests in any of the four City-owned parking garages with pre-paid parking validations. *The terms City of Asheville Parking Validation and City of Asheville Parking Voucher are often used interchangeably and describe the same product. How Parking Validations Work Customer enters the garage and takes a ticket at the entry gate. At exit, they scan their entry ticket at the kiosk or exit lane. Parking fee appears on screen. Customer scans the validation card. If the validation covers the full time, the gate opens. If it only covers part (e.g., 1 hour), the remaining balance can be paid by credit card. Validations are only for regular hourly parking and cannot be used for pay-on-entry special event parking. Pricing Hourly Validations: $2.00/hour + $0.25 per validation 24-Hour Validation: $15 (daily maximum) + $0.25 per validation Bulk Discount: Purchases of 300 or more validations at once receive a 15% discount Validations are pre-paid and do not expire, so you can stock up and use them as needed.
