A high usage reading may indicate a water leak that requires immediate attention. If a private leak is confirmed, you must fix it immediately to be eligible for a billing adjustment.

Bill adjustment conditions:

The leak must be repaired by the customer within thirty (30) days of the first high bill.

Requests for a billing adjustment must be made in writing within forty-five (45) days of the leak repair and must include proof of the repair.

A maximum of two leak adjustments are permitted within any twenty-four (24) month period.
