The City of Asheville’s Community and Economic Development Department is now accepting applications for the Housing Trust Fund (HTF) for fiscal year 2024-25.
The Housing Trust Fund was created in 2000 to provide a source of local funding to assist in developing affordable housing in Asheville. Assistance is available in the form of repayable loans at low interest rates.
How to Apply:
- Visit the Housing Trust Fund webpage to view the HTF policy, download documents, and access the application.
- The deadline to submit an application for the Housing Trust Fund is Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at 12:00 noon.
- Staff will hold an online informational webinar on January 5, 2024, at 11:00 am to review the requirements and application process. To receive a link to the webinar, email staff at Affordablehousing@ashevillenc.gov.
