The community is invited to a dedication ceremony to commemorate the 5 year anniversary of Senior Police Officer Robert Bingaman’s line of duty death. A portion of Old Haywood Road, in front of our Traffic Safety Office (1903 Old Haywood Road), will be dedicated in his name. The ceremony begins at 12:15 p.m. on Monday, October 29.
