Starting the week of June 17, Tarheel Paving and Asphalt will begin paving operations on Fairview Road. The project, aimed at enhancing the road’s infrastructure, will kick off with milling, followed by utility adjustments.
To minimize disruptions, Tarheel Paving and Asphalt plans to work diligently, with operations slated from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. The project is anticipated to last 4-6 weeks. This schedule aims to balance progress with the least inconvenience to commuters and residents.
Due to the nature of this work, lane closures and detours will be necessary at vital times during the project. During this time, motorists who typically use Fairview Road are encouraged to seek alternate routes. Access for residents and businesses on Fairview Road will be maintained.
