Find the February Flow with an Asheville Locals’ Must-Do List

February was the final month added to the revised Roman calendar since the Romans originally considered winter a monthless period with a new year starting in March. Even then, February was chosen as the only month with an even number of days at 28, thought to be unlucky at the time. However, the month isn’t a winter waste-away or unlucky time with plenty of new programs, returning opportunities, and special events from the Asheville Parks & Recreation (APR) team.
