Community invited to give website input

Posted on September 29, 2018March 13, 2019 by Polly McDaniel

We have gotten feedback that it can be hard to find what you need on our website, ashevillenc.gov. We want to better serve you. We are taking steps to reorganize the content and improve user experience.

Who better to assist in this project than our own Asheville residents?

Please participate in this card sorting activity. It should take 10-15 minutes of your time. You will look at the topics on the left side and drag and drop the topics to the right side where you will create and name your own categories. After you sort, you can click Finished, answer a few optional demographic questions and you are done.

The results will help us upgrade the overall menu structure and content on the website. Keep in mind this first round of testing does not include all services and information provided on the website.

We appreciate your involvement as we work to continually improve our website.

If you have questions, please email Christy Edwards, cedwards@ashevillenc.gov.
