The 1 hour ceremony  took place at the Roger McGuire Green. Attending were the Mayor, City Manager Debra Campbell and representatives from the County and military community

Asheville Mayor Esther Manheimer and Buncombe County Board of Commissioners Chairman Brownie Newman took part in a Recognition of Service.
