Asheville’s fun splash play fountain Splasheville developed a mechanical problem and had to be closed.
The Parks & Recreation Department is working on the fountain issue.
The interactive water feature in downtown’s Pack Square Park delights children with its 21 jets of water that run in 12 combinations. You never know where it’s going to splash you next!
Splasheville is open 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily with the exception of closures for inclement weather or special events. Or, in this case, repairs.
