The Asheville Regional Housing Consortium will hold a special meeting on May 21, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. in Asheville City Hall in the 6th Floor Training Room. The purpose of this meeting will be the following: To receive updates and provide authorization on the following items: (1) An update on projects; (2) provide guidance and authorization to submit substantial amendments to HUD for several Action Plan projects; (3) receive an update and provide input on the development of the 4-year Consolidated Plan and the 2025 Action Plan; and (4) provide guidance and authorization to undertake activities in the current HOME funding cycle.
