Open City Hall Open City Hall is an online platform designed to engage citizens in conversations about important Asheville projects and issues. City staff will use input gained from these surveys, in addition to other traditional means, to help guide the decision-making proceses. Further, the City of Asheville aims to engage citizens by providing them information on each issue to enrich online comments and to provide more opportunities for citizen interaction and engagement.
