The City of Asheville supports and encourages neighborhood interaction and provides ideas and resources that can help shape the future of a neighborhood. The city coordinates with neighborhood associations to understand their vision for their neighborhood as well as their short- and long-term needs.

If you are interested in receiving information or support for starting a new neighborhood organization or expanding activities of your current organization;
To register a new organization or update contact information for an existing neighborhood or homeowners' group;
If you are new to Asheville and want to get connected with the neighborhood group in your area;
If you need assistance in accessing a city service or receiving information on a city department or service.
