Mission
Information Technology Services strives to provide a high level of customer
service by providing quality technical deliverables with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness. We adhere to principles of technical and fiscal stewardship with an end goal of a high quality of life for employees and citizens.

About the Department
While the IT Services Department is an internal service department of the
city, its efforts also help to provide the level of quality customer service
that citizens, businesses, prospective citizens, and visitors deserve from
