Problem Receiving Your Statements?

From time to time, the City hears from customers who receive their Combined Utility Statement via email, that their statements were never received. This is often the result of enhanced security measures used by your email service provider.

Due to ongoing efforts to limit Internet security threats, your email provider may have classified the email containing your statement as spam and sent it directly into your spam folder. If you have not received your latest statement, be sure to check your email spam folder.

Adding the email address to your contact list increases the chance that your bill won’t be mis-categorized as spam, but the best way to do this is to add us to your spam whitelist or your safe sender’s list.
