    CRIME REPORTS

The Asheville Police Department has partnered with CrimeReports to help reduce, prevent and solve crime by enabling officials to easily open and manage a controlled dialog with citizens. The service offers an online family of crime fighting tools including a public crime map, alert messaging, anonymous tipping and data analytics.

    Submit a Tip

    WebTips

WebTips is an industry leading online tip acquisition application available anywhere and is in use worldwide. It is guaranteed secure and anonymous. Submitted data and images are delivered both via encrypted email and encrypted E-Transfer directly into the application.

The new Two-Way Dialog features allow the tipster to return at their convenience and securely provide uploaded images and additional information to their original tip and administrators can securely ask questions or provide information back to the tipster as well.

    SMS Text-a-Tip

SMS Text-a-Tip makes a secure and anonymous two-way dialog possible between investigators and tipsters. Used by Crime Stoppers Programs, law enforcement and government agencies worldwide, the SMS Text-a-Tip service is fully and seamlessly integrated into the tip management application.
