The Planning and Development Division is comprised of professional landscape architects who are involved with every stage of project development from the initial concept to the final stages of construction. As members of a team approach to project development in parks, recreation facilities, greenways and special facilities, this staff performs project planning and construction drawings in-house or secures consultants when time and resources make this alternative more beneficial.
