CITATION AND FINES
Parking regulations are designed for the safety and convenience of everyone in Asheville. If you receive a parking citation in downtown Asheville, you may pay the fine on the first floor of Asheville City Hall (70 Court Plaza, Asheville, 28801), at Parking Services (45 Wall Street, Asheville, 28801), or during regular hours as you exit any of the city-owned parking decks. If a citation is not paid within 15 days, a late penalty of $25 is assessed. An additional $25 late penalty is assessed each 30 days thereafter. For your convenience, parking citations may be paid online.
Citation Appeals
Citations may be appealed within 15 days of the citation issue date. Late fees are put on hold during the appeals process, but they re-start again immediately depending on the final outcome. Download the Citation Appeals Form.
