    PARKING TICKET PAYMENTS

    Parking Ticket Payment Tool

    Instructions:

    1. To access a Ticket via the Click2Gov Parking Ticket Payment Tool use the link above then: Search by either Individual Ticket Number or Tag and State.

    2. Once search information is entered, all associated citations will be displayed with the date, time, location, amount and a pay checkbox. The user can deselect any citation and pay the remaining. Partial payments are not allowed – the user must pay for each citation in full.

    3. Once the total is recalculated – The user can use the "Pay Now" option – taking them to the Credit Card Capture Screen.

    4. At this point – the user is prompted for their Credit Card information for processing.

    5. Once the user enters valid credit card information, they are taken to a review
    page. The user has the option to Edit, Cancel or Complete the Transaction.

    The "Complete Transaction" option will submit the request for processing and either an Approved or Denied message will display.

    6. Upon approval of the transaction, the user will be presented with the receipt screen.  Users should print this as their receipt.

    Ticket Receipt

    After the receipt screen is presented, the online payment of the parking citation is complete.
