The City of Asheville does not administer a certification process as a part of the Minority Business Program and compile a directory of those businesses. We accept certification from minority businesses who register with the State of North Carolina's Office of Historically Underutilized Businesses (or HUB) in conjunction with the VendorLink System which is a registration for vendors that allows minority businesses to request HUB status with the State of North Carolina.
