Your project is a Level I if - your new construction, change of use or addition is less than 35,000 square feet or less than 20 residential units.
Your project is a Level II if - your new construction or addition is between 35,000 and 100,000 square feet or between 20 and 50 residential units.
Your project is a Level III if - your new construction or addition is more than 100,000 square feet or more than 50 residential units. All Level III projects also require a Conditional Use Permit.
Your project is a Conditional Zoning if - after a conference with the Planning Department staff you have determined that you want to change the zoning of your property for a specific site plan and specific use.
Your project requires a Conditional Use Permit if - your project has been determined by the Planning Department to be a Level III project or your proposed use is stated to require a conditional use permit for the zoning district in the Unified Development Ordinance.
