ASHEVILLE-BUNCOMBE COMMUNITY RELATIONS COUNCIL
The Asheville-Buncombe Community Relations Council Board of Directors consists of 18 members: six appointed by City Council, six appointed by the Buncombe County Commissioners, and six appointed by the other 12 members of the Board. The term of office is three years. The board is responsible for solving problems relating to race, ethnicity, religion and class. The board meets on the 4th Thursday of each month at 4:30 p.m. in the United Way Board Room (1st Floor) at 50 S. French Broad Avenue, Asheville. The normal length of the meeting is one to two hours.
